THE UNIVERSE (RTD)
IT IS A DARK COLD WORLD, JUST BEGINNING TO BRIM WITH LIFE. WE WILL START WITH NOTHING.
IT IS UP TO YOU TO DECIDE WHAT IS HELD IN THIS WORLD, AND WHAT THE INHABITANTS FATE WILL BE.

EXAMPLE
1 - dark sky, purple stars
2 - blue sky rainbow stars
3 - a giant cat and the universe is on the back of it
4 - everything flows in an endless river
5 - black sky white stars
6 - stars rotating around each other like a gyroscope

Alright, let's see...
- Dark sky with differently colored planets, the color depending on the ecosystem of the planet.
- The stars group together in multicolored streaks across the sky, like the Milky Way.
- The sky changes color depending on the season.
- The stars are constantly moving on random paths, like bugs.
- Differently colored stars, which move and collide with each other, destroying each other upon collision.
- Each star has a network of (breakable) tendrils, which connect to each planet that orbits it and provides energy.

EDIT: I forgot to mention what my mechanics are in this, so what I do with your dice 1 through 6 options is I roll a 6 sided die, then whatever number I get. In last case 2 I then roll for each persons 2 choice and whoever gets the highest roll wins, so when I did it lyla's got 6 and zombie's got 4 so that's why the universe is like that. for now we are all whittling it down to cities until we can make our characters

A BRIEF HISTORY OF ALBALI
The blue serene planet of Albali's geography was created by the shape, and movement of its galaxy,Ardis. A blue rotating helix made out of countless stars and planets, rotates and flows endlessly through the black void of the universe, so the constant rotation of the planets and stars shifts and morphs the grounds to roughly resemble the galaxy. Albali is a unique planet for years ago during its creation there was a massive tilt in gravity as the planet was reaching a bend in the galaxy's helix like form, which dislodged a orange rind like piece of the planet like a solid Saturn ring rotating around the planet's surface which has become to be known as Aethus, acting like a gyroscope the ring around Albali, Aethus, keeps the planet from shaking and constantly changing for it keeps the planet on straight rotation, thus allowing it to have life.
Albali has an energy flowing through it called Mana, Mana is another factor allowing this planet to thrive. The main body of Albali is rooted to the core of the planet allowing it to tap into its somewhat Mana generator, allowing it to thrive. Continents not connected to the core or land splayed out vertically or horizontally have a lesser connection to the Mana, for instance there is a craggy Island mountain cut off from the planet after its gravity shift, so it has become craggy and dry with little to no sustainability. Albali, is a new planet but one of the very few inhabitable planets in the Ardis Galaxy, and the life it does have is lush and bountiful, the weather is ideal where Mana is present but the Manaless areas or the Mana sparse areas of the world experience harsher weather because the atmosphere is more chaotic and is not calmed by the Mana's auras, so the craggy mountain lands experience harsh cold winters and frequent thunderstorms, and along the beaches and water the weather can be more forgiving.
It has been many Shifts now and the young planet is just developing sentient life.

The Gydoni: A race of hairy, large, hominids that wear animal furs. They have 5 fingers and toes, and ape-like feet. Their culture focuses on Hunting, Riding, and Animal Husbandry. Spiritually and Magically, they focus on drawing and manipulating mana from the earth. Their spiritual leaders are powerful geomancers.
Lotar:
Nakrans: Reptillian humanoids, with large round scales. They have no eyes, but they can see by tasting the air. They specialize in commerce and trapping. The warriors wear fishbone armor, but the main dress is leather and cloth. Their religion and divination focuses on tasting the mana in the air and also controlling it.

Phylarians: Frog-like amphibious humaniods, Typically stout in stature. They wear waterproof membranes that are extracted from a type of fish they hunt. They specialize in fishing and alchemy. Their spirituality and divinity focuses on manipulation of the mana in water and in living creatures.

The Bulen: very large, and muscular beasts that have a somewhat evolved civilization due to easy access to metal deposits. They have four legs with clawed feet, and their two arms have claws as well. They're covered with feathers to keep them warm and shield them from the wind, though their faces are more reminiscent of some sort of feline. They're somewhat arrogant, and long to expand their territory, though all previous attempts have failed miserably. Among all of the races on Albali, they are the only beings who have managed to tame and domesticate certain species of wildlife- large, buffalo-type creatures with long tails- to keep as work animals. They are a very independent and proud people, who do not allow any trespassers in their village. However, despite their hatred of consorting with the other inhabitants of Albali, they are very egotistical, and they take it upon themselves to enforce the "law" throughout the land. Because of that, they aren't very popular. As a civilization, they mostly focus on agriculture, and they are atheistic, which is the reason for many wars on religion with the Lagarto. They hardly ever wear clothes or armor, since they have fur and clothes only serve to inconvenience them, but while away from home, they always have with them harnesses and packs of various styles in order to carry their supplies and weapons.

When they speak, their voices have a very slow, lethargic tone, and they generally act fairly tired at all times. It's almost impossible to tell the difference between genders, and they don't seem to think much about gender discrimination. While dealing with other races, they will mostly just stare blankly, with an exhausted sort of air, as if their company is tiring them. Although they avoid the topic of religion (probably due to the frequent wars between the other two races), they are very adept in the study of astrology and divination, and whatever prophecies they make usually tend to be correct.

The creatures of Lotar, the Nakrans have survived
all these years without eyes, by tasting the air
and the mana that is given off Albali
they are similar in comparison to their cousins
the Samakians, yet they have a thick leathery set of
skin where their eyes should be and
rounded scales as a layer over their skin
The Bulen are a strong noble race,
that has evolved in an odd,
drastic measure to adapt to their surroundings
they are a very aggressive race
they are four legged, two armed, feathered,
muscular beings, that have feline features,
quite an oddity compared to the other main races

I appreciate the comment about my rumps though. The Nyqid woulda been more at home in the middle of the ocean anyhow, and the Trelb in some kind of forest-y wetland. And the Ytadati on a mountain of some kind. Not to say they wouldn't have been fine where they were. :b

Race: Samakian (gender ambiguous because no one can really tell with Samakians anyway)
Description: A light blue Samakian with orange-tinted oversized fins. S/he wears a large, close-fitting hat woven from seaweed when landside, an upper body wrap of sea-creature leather for warmth and carries around a shiny white rock in a pouch at his/her waist. S/he calls it Seklim and talks to it when feeling lonely. Their skin is speckled with dark spots near the wrists and ankles due to prolonged exposure to the caustic light patterns formed when light filters through waves. Never quite grew out of the habit of sleeping in bodies of water.
Advantages: Mana-Manipulation, Swimming, Tailoring
Disadvantages: Navigation, Bare-Handed Combat, Climbing
